Turkish Multi Purpose Radar Screening System Starts Operations

Turkish General Director Of State Airports Authority Funda Ocak said that Turkish Multi-Purpose Radar Screening System (ÇARE) installation is completed and now active in 10 Turkish airports. The Turkish made ÇARE will reduce costs by stopping import substitution systems.

Ocak said Çare is now being operated in Antalya Gazipaşa, Diyarbakır, Isparta Süleyman Demirel, Kahramanmaraş, Kastamonu, Nevşehir Kapadokya, Sinop, Sivas Nuri Demirağ, Şanlıurfa GAP and Uşak airports, and will be operated in 25 Turkish airports more as soon as the installation of the system is completed.
